
Fitting and Aftercare
We aim to make spectacles within 10 working days of the order being processed. This is regardless of the type of lens, the manufacturer of the lens and if it has undergone any additional treatments.
Once the order has been made, our optometrist will fit and adjust the spectacles on our patients. This is something we do not compromise on as it is very important that the patient is looking through the correct part of the lens and that the frames feel comfortable. We are the only major company that assign our optometrists for this task, as most other companies ask assistants to do the fitting, who are under qualified and lack the knowledge and training in order to be competent in carrying out such an important part of the process.
We have a dedicated team at hand to deal with any patient concerns or issues whenever they arise. We aim to rectify any problems experienced by our patients within a week of being notified. Our friendly team will be happy to help if your glasses no longer fit properly or the lenses need cleaning. We also offer an MOT of glasses after six months to our patients. If they require any screws or nose pads replacing we will do that free of charge.
